The farmstead "Gutsuliya" is in the center of village Polyanytsya, in a distance of 2 km from TR "Bukovel" and in a distance of 30 km from the city Yaremche. The design of cottage is made with the use of Ukrainian antiquity, which add to the dwelling a comfort, and to rest - the indelible impressions.

The house description: The owners offer to stay in 3 storey wooden cottage.


General amount of tourists, which the cottage can accept: 14 person.


The heating: autonomous.


Water-supply: autonomous, boiler. Cold and hot water constantly.

Ми щойно повернулись з подорожі Карпатами, під час якої зупинялись у цьому котеджі. І приємним враженням від мандрівки дуже сприяла гостинність і затишок нашого перебування в Гуцулії.
Особливо хочемо подякувати господині котеджу пані Наді за її доброзичливість, прагнення допомогти та ненав"язливість. А також за вельми смачні, суто карпатські сніданки та вечері)).
Завдяки порадам пані Наді ми побачили в горах те, що часто лишається непоміченим без підказки. З радістю повернемось сюди ще і всім вам щиро рекомендуєм зупинятись саме тут.
