The house description: The owners offer to stay in 2 storey brick house (the owners live in another house).

General amount of tourists, which guest-house can accept: 8-10 person.

The heating: autonomous.

Water-supply: autonomous, boiler. Cold and hot water constantly.

Prices:

* On the New Year period you can rent only the hole house, the price depends on agreement with owners.

In “Deluxe”: double bed, the chair (which is comfortable for sleeping) (the price of extra bed is 20 uah/pp/day),
thefire-place, TV, the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer, washing machine).

In "Junior": double bed, single bed, the sofa (the price of extra bed is 20 uah/pp/day), TV, refrigerator, gutsul stove with traditional place for sleeping, kitchen wash-stand,
the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer).

In "Suite": 2 double beds, the sofa (the price of extra bed is 20 uah/pp/day),
TV, DVD, billiards, the library, the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, bide, hair dryer).

In the house:

• dining-room “home cuisine” (the fire-place, karaoke, the piano, aquarium, refrigerator. The room is decorated in gutsul style, also for decorating were used antiques);
• electric tea-pot (on each floor);
• iron.

On the territory: place for the fire, the arbour, play-ground for the children, the fountain, the stream, parking, close by the river and the pond.
