The farmstead is situated in the village Iltsi, not far from the heart of Gutsulshchyna – township Verkhovyna. The benevolent owners invite you and will organize for you unforgetable rest.

The house description: the owners offer to stay in 2 storey wooden house (the owners live in the other house).


General amount of tourists, which guest-house can accept: 16 person.


The heating: autonomous.


Water-supply: autonomous. Cold and hot water constantly.

Отдыхал летом с женою, сыном и друзьями. С нашего двора прекрасный вид во все стороны, с нашего окна вид на реку в которой мы купались. Дмитрич добрейшей души человек, Андреевна удивляла нас своей кухней, нам все сильно понравилось. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ВСЕМ!!!!!! Андрею привет.

Майские праздники в усадьбе Оскар

Отдыхали на майские праздники несколько дней в усадьбе Оскар. Великолепное место, красивый и уютный дом, доброжелательные и заботливые хозяева. Каждый день нам были предложены разные местные блюда национальной кухни. Это было безумно вкусно и сытно. Такого сервиса и искреннего отношения как здесь раньше не встречали. Обязательно вернемся туда ещё раз. Большое спасибо, вам:))

Отдыхали там несколько дней на майские праздники в 2010 году. До сих пор под впечатлением. Великолепный дом! Уютные комнаты с восхитительным видом из окна! Приветливые, обходительные и заботливые хозяева! Каждый день на завтрак и ужин новые домашние гуцульские блюда. Такая вкуснотища:)))Спасибо вам большое, мы обязательно вернемся туда ещё)))и всем настоятельно рекомендуем побывать там, такого великолепного сервиса и искреннего отношения вы не встретите нигде)))
