The tourist complex "Sofia" is happy to welcome you with its wide spectrum of services, being carefully choosen to satisfy your requirenments to a good holliday, both in winter and summer time.

The house description: The owners offer to stay in in three two-storeyed and one three-storeyed wooden cottages (from the fir-tree of Carpathians) without owners.


General amount of tourists, which the rest complex can accept: cottage №1 - 6 person, cottage №2 - 12 person, cottage №3 - 16 person, cottage №4 - 4 person.


The heating: autonomous.


Water-supply: the water supplied from artezian well (depth 47m). Cold and hot water constantly.


Meal:

  • without meal
  • breakfast, dinner, supper (a restaurant for residents only)

  • two bedrooms (double bed, nightstands, wardrobe, TV, safe);
  • the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer).

In the cottage №2:

On the 1st floor:

  • living room, kitchen (sofa, table, TV, refrigerator, gas-stove, microwave stove, electric tea-pot, set of tableware);
  • two bedrooms (double bed, nightstands, wardrobe, TV, safe, the bath-room (wash- stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer));
  • the bath-room (wash-stand, lavatory).

On the 2nd floor:

  • living room, kitchen (sofa, table, TV, refrigerator, gas-stove, microwave stove, electric tea-pot, set of tableware);
  • rooms "Deluxe" (double bed, nightstands, wardrobe, sofa, table, TV, safe, mini bar, balcony, >the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer));
  • banquet room.

In the cottage №3:

On the 1st floor:

  • lounges;
  • restaurant;
  • Finnish sauna and swimming pool.

On the 2nd floor:

  • double "Junior"(double bed, sofa, table, mirror, safe, mini-bar, TV, the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer), balcony, area - 24 sqm).

On the 3rd floor:

  • double "Junior"(double bed, sofa, table, mirror, safe, mini-bar, TV, the bath-room (wash-stand, shower, lavatory, hair dryer), balcony, area - 32 sqm).

In the cottage №4:

On the 1st floor:

  • Russian bath with a broom (birch, oak and maple, with mountain herbs);
  • Jacuzzi with hydro/airmassage;
  • massage;
  • living room (fireplace, sofa, table, TV).

On the 2nd floor:

  • double "Deluxe" (two rooms, furtinure and modern Household Appliances, the bath- room, balcony ).

On the territory: grill, garden house, swing - 2 pcs. beside a river.
